The amazing thing is environmentalists groups sue every military service for every thing under the sun costing billions more than an IRAQ war virtually on a continuous basis. Your tax dollars lost mostly through frivoluous lawsuits to enrich jackass leftist lawyers and dubious legal groups like the ACLU (American Criminals/Communist Liberties Union).
I firmly believe in the right to litigate but if an organization sues the US goverment and loses I also firmly believe they should be held to the same standard as others are. Sue and you lose, you pay for the costs of both sides. That would put the kibash in hoky legal enrichment by commies and still allow freedoms for the individuals. Same with tax free organizations that just exist for political reasons. Make a candidate endorsement or attack like Move On dot Terrorist buddies and you can pay for it as you should.
This is what destroys America not what does us or our rights a damn thing, just enriches unscrupulous lawyers and nutjobs mostly.
