U.S. Supreme Court Begins Hearing Oral Arguments in Global Warming Case

Today, the U.S. Supreme Court will begin hearing oral arguments in a landmark environmental case that will determine whether the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has the authority, and the responsibility, to regulate greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to global warming.
