wow, even I learned something from reading your article.
However, I differ a bit when it comes to Teflon – it’s not just the small particles of Teflon that get into the food when cooking, but it’s also about fumes that develop when the pan is overheated. (I know, if you use it carefully it doesn’t overheat – but in reality it sometimes happens). These fumes are known to kill birds and in my opinion are harmful to humans and the environment.
What’s your take on this?
